Message Buying larger turbos will do absolutely nothing for you at this point (except get the purchase out of the way). You'll need to upgrade your injectors and fuel rails (assuming you don't have a '95+), reflash your ECU, and you'll still need the larger exhaust anyway at that point...
The DPs portion of that advice isn't so bad - but I'd still put a catback before that...
